Problems with Pre Purchase

When I go to underdark.ddo.com to pre order the expansion i click on the option I want and then click pre purchase but it keeps telling me my shopping cart is empty. I went back and check to make sure i had allowed cookies from that site and all seems to be in order, but I still cant pre order expansion pack. If anyone has any info that would help that would be great!

Trying clicking "continue shopping" then close the pop-up window. Now reopen it by click the expansion bundle you want. (Worked for me using Opera as my browser.)

Thanks for the info i tried that but it did not work for me, it still says my shopping cart is empty ive even tried the buy now option on the things like game cards but i get the same results it seems Turbine doesn't want my money today

Perhaps you should try using a different browser like Firefox?

May be also try temporarily allowed all cookies while you are doing that transaction? (check settings of programs like pop up blockers, etc.)

I had the same issue. Use a different browser, that worked for me.

Yes i downloaded firefox and it worked just fine after that thanks for the help
