(1995 TP) Essence of Emancipation. Place this essence with any bound to character item in a Stone of Change to transform its binding status from "bound to character" to "bound to account".

Not that I saying that it would be good, but it would sell like hotcakes.

Heh -- being able to reset a quest repeat counter is no where in the same league as what you are talking about. It's also not "pay 2 win", it's pay for convenience. You still have to do the same amount of work running quests, etc.

I don't think they will either. It would aggressively devalue rare raid/epic loot which is not a smart thing to do in an MMO where the only real end game you have is farming for said loot (which might admittedly change with upcoming Epic Destinies and levels).

Seriously ~ you can buy all the items you want ~ run endless Quest X paying Y for Z LFMs ~ and gear yourself to the teeth that way...

The endgame Epic/TR circuit is, given the overall size of the playerbase, pretty small and you get a name amognst them pretty quick...

There is always a known list of wannabes who try the PTW thing ~ typically a DNG list...

I'm on Khyber and its no secret that you'd be crazy to let these people into your group..

So running 30 quests 10x each is too much variety for you? You'd rather get it down to 7 or 8 quests run 50x each?

I just leveled a double TR. Didnt hold any levels. Didnt overly "farm" any quest at all. Didnt even get to Update 13 quests or Amrath before I was capped.....

I expected it to be much harder.

No, it's very close to the same league. There's no "work" running only the highest exp/min quests 50x each. Your idea is horrible. Might as well just let us buy past-lives.

They probably should INCREASE the repetition penalty if anything.

Yeah, I did my first double-TR a year ago, and I swore I'd never do another since it took me so long.

With all the changes, I took the plunge again, and my guy is almost level 15, and I've repeated almost nothing... I only did VON 3 e/h/n (because I love that quest), and Shadow crypt 5 times or so (because even I can't resist that massive amount of xp).

Almost everything else was elite once and done.

I'm almost level 15, and I haven't even started Gianthold yet. This double-TR is much easier and more fun than the last one.

Sorry, I was referring to the resetting of quests not being pay to win, not the completionist piece :D

Absolutely not.

An average quest has base xp around 3350 on elite and around 3190 on hard. With Elite streak, first time elite run gives you: First time bonus (80%) + Bravery (20%) + Streak (50%) = 150% bonus. 3350 * 2.5 = 8375 xp

Repeating the quest on hard gives you only First time bonus (40%): 3190 * 1.4 = 4466

With your Draught of the Forgotten Quest I could re-run the quest for 150% bonus, and get extra (8375 - 4466) = 3909 xp

500 Turbine Points for extra 3909 xp?? You've got to be kidding.

Even if you only use it on Twilight Forge (highest base xp that I know of), you only get (13300 * 2.5) - (12699 * 1.4) = 15,471 xp. Still not worth 500 TP -- maybe 100.

Nah, I'm not a huge fan of massive repetition, it makes me want to claw my eyes out.

Don't assume every suggestion a person makes is because it is something *they* want. This idea came from reading general chat last night on my server and from the way people were talking it seemed like it would be a way for Turbine to pull in even more cash ;)
