Still no pets!

Folks,
The good news is that my account on Thelanis is now fully populated with Onyx Panthers. That's wonderful.

Missing Pets:
Of character’s you’ve logged in this week, the first one alphabetically will receive replacement pets and collars. You do not need to transfer the pets to another character; activating your pets on this character will bestow them across all your characters on that server. If you don’t see the items on the character you expect, please be sure to check your other characters.

However, I have no pets. Yes, the first character in alphabetical order got the certificate. But when he used it, only he got them. Since he's a vault, I have no need for him to have them. I wanted Plumwine to have them.

I finally fixed the learning tome issue, by buying an upgrade for Plumwine. But I would like him to have the pets. What do I do?

Using the cosmetic pets on ANY toon on the server puts them into a tab on the inventory sheet (has a paw on it) - you can then use the cosmetic pets on ANY toon on the same server.

Solution: Log onto the vault toon, use the pets and collars once, then log onto any toon you want and access them from the pet panel in the inventory screen.

Um ... I have no pet tabs ... sorry!
Or, if I do have them, where are they? I can't find them.
I was told they are on the inventory list? off to the right?
Not in my case.

Also, I have no pets to use!

And to make matters MORE interesting ... I can't make tickets in the game! They never "submit". I have only been able to get help thru the forum and bug reports.

You are looking in the right place. When you open your inventory, you should now see three tabs. One for "regular" view, one for an item list, and the third (Paw) at the bottom takes you to your pets.

Hopefully they get this fixed for you.

I was at the store with my vault ... and decided to look at the buy back tab. There were 3 pets! I must have deleted them! :o

Anyway, bought them back and now all is good. I'll give them extra treats. ;)
