Points not posting for favor in ddostore

2 nights ago had an issue with store not supplying arrows I purchased.
Submitted a ticket.

Last night reached 2900 favor on a character and did not get points.
Do I need to submit another ticket? OR, is this part going to get taken care with hot fix?

If you did not receive Turbine Points for gaining 2900 favor, you may want to log out and log back in. The points should show after that.

If they are still missing, you will want to contact the Account Management team. It is a separate issue from the arrows not being delivered, and is not a part of the hotfix that happened earlier today.
