Looking for tips on FVS evoker gear

I decided I really wanted a divine evoker, so I decided to start a FVS. Currently lvl 7 with the gear from the Veteran 2 starting package, 3pieces of might of the abashi (head, bracers, boots, and i have gauntlets on another toon), a +3 wisdom necklace i crafted for it, and breastplate of invulnerability. I'd like to level this toon, but when i tried it out, the spell points were lacking pretty badly. I'm wondering if there's any good gear. I'm planning on adding a wizardry 2 item soon, but i wanted to check to see if i could get any suggestions. I also tend to solo more than i group (too much playing wow), but I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for good leveling gear.

Favoured soul's offensive casting doesn't pick up till they get blade barrier and heal spell. The better off playing a healbot or meleeing to get to that point. Also having a spell point item will help a lot.
