Imagine my surprise when I was looking at the auction house for a better weapon .... yes you too can find others just like these

edit added another picture to show that adds didn't make a difference ... then found some hand wraps with no UMD on them, I am really confused now.

Weapons with bigger "plus" need more UMD to get past race/class/alignment restrictions.
I want to say I've seen that before on live..
Not that it is an issue most of the time, if you aren't the right race then you need to reach that UMD benchmark to use the item, period.
That sure does suck for a low UMD, correct racial requirement though.

As far as I know and have always seen 'pure good' has always been a UMD of 20 and the other stuff has never made a difference either way on that part.

hand wraps have not required alignment in quite a long time (possibly since introduced, i'm not sure). why not? can't say that i know. not sure if it's WAI, but it has been that way for as long as i can remember.

They didn't used to and that isn't how PnP works either. Just another new bug, with the handwraps being a different, old bug.

Only weapons with Good requirement higher than 20 are ones that have racial requirement (and it matches racial requirement). It seems something is fubared there.
EDIT: And yes, handwraps seem still bugged in that regard.

I believe that this change is purposely done. Items with two UMD values just have both values listed as the highest one, as this is the value required to equip the weapon in the first place. Why confuse a newbie by giving them two conflicting UMD values when the lower one is just ignored anyway. The handwraps have always been bugged with UMD though.

That's only true if you don't meet either requirement. A WF should not need a higher UMD to use a rr WF of pure good weapon than one without the rr.
