Well I normally don't have a problem using channels/lfm panel to fill groups..but for this it really seems more time efficient to balance the group in advance. It sucks to spend over an hour looking for the "right" group of people.
Saturday, Feb 25th at 10pm eastern time, here are my spots open:
main tank - open
off tank - Ismashed
healer - judo
2nd healer - Tenauch
caster - open
kiter - open
light monk - dolomight
artificer - phrida
bard - open
DPS - wrunt
DPS - cryo
DPS - open
...because there are very "few" dps spots, I will be stingy on who gets them - and people who have been tanking/healing my runs in the past have priority in those spots. (by DPS spot, I mean people who's only job in the group is simply damage - light monk arty and bard will probably be doing dps as well, but they have other functions we need.)
I have a bunch of characters off timer and can adjust who I bring accordingly, I am planning on my favored soul for now.

Google is your friend!
I should have most everything off timer, but would prefer to bring Tenauch (healer).

I use eastern time zone because its "turbine" time. I am in mountain time zone myself (2 hours behind eastern) just use eastern to make it easier for people to convert.

group completed. First attempt wipe, the entire group unanimously agreed to do it again and we succeeded on the second time. unfortunately we had issues with the kiting in the first run, and our light monk died while anti-stunning the kiter, which caused a dominoes-like collapse of the group until we were all dead.
It was a true pug with 10 different guild names represented.

-Pestilence
-Maelstrom Tharashk
-I Granchi Aviatori
-DWAT
-The Ministry of Destruction
-The Band of the Shifting Sands

Congrats to Phrida and Cryo, two members of my adepts program, for their first epic lob completion :) I'm proud of them for going all the way in this achievement.
Special thanks to Yeela for healing the group for us...she did an absolutely amazing job keeping the group going, even when it got tough in the second run.

I vote that my death (the bard's) was the best.

My mouse has two extra buttons which I've mapped to Page up and Page down. Otherwise they are too far away to use.

If the lord of blades hadn't rolled a 1 against me there...I would've been dead for that screenshot too. He landed right on top of me when I was already wounded. :(
Amazingly, I didn't die at all. :D

See...My theory is that he went for you, and that you jumped away onto me, killing me. When he came back down from his jump, his target circle was about 10 feet from me. Next thing I know....
