Is slicing winds the biggest visual item effect?

The biggest (size-wise) visual effect I have seen from any of my items is Slicing Winds from my Epic Elemental Rapier of Air on a giant:

I have tried it on other 'big' things, including a portal:

and a dragon:

The portal and dragon don't appear to scale the same way as a giant for this effect. Are there any other bigger monsters that are known to scale well or that I should try? Also, are there any other item effects that scale well with size and look very impressive (read cool) in this way?

Phantasmal Killer also looks large against large-type creatures.

As for your effect to achieve large-type graphics, the other mobs you might try it on are:

The fire elemental at the end of Rainbow in the Dark
Any of the various larger-type beholders
The HUGE earth elemental in Undermine
WF titans in House C

You are right, I was thinking through all of the green steel effects I'd seen and completely forgot Nightmares and Nightmare Guard - they are very impressive! In fact it may well be the most impressive one on everything without a red or purple name.

I just tried the big earth elemental suggestion, and it seems to scale quite well. Unfortunately he is very camouflaged which makes it a bit difficult to see:

I definitely want to try out your other suggestions too. The titans in particular could be very good.
