How do I optimize exp in gianthold and vale?

The only two packs I have are gianthold and vale, and I've hit level 13 and decided it's been time to go there for some time. Well, after farming favor for hours and really putting it off, I've discovered what my fear is, and that is that I'll somehow waste the quests and not be able to get to 20 at all because I leveled too fast initially or did something out of order or something along those lines.

So how do I go about getting from 13-20 with gianthold and vale?

You really shouldn't have much of a problem on a first life toon, Just a few repetitions after doing e/h/n. The gh walk-ups alone will probably get you close to or into 15, flags - 16/17, vale - 20
Better if you can hit some more free stuff to 14 though I think, a little less grinding

Don't forget you also have the first Lordsmarch series you can run if you haven't already, but if this is your first life there's more than enough exp in gianthold and vale to get you to 20. You also have three slayer areas (Gianthold, Vale and Subterraene) which can add up as well in a pinch.

And the new update will be F2P if I read right and in the L15ish area. So that should help you get there
