Does anyone actually know what this mysterious "performance" issue is they are investigating? I havent been aware of any such issues and since I am in the EU would have thought I would be one of the first to notice.

giving 19secs notice is a joke you guys at turbine really are out of order as gives no time to finish a quest why dont you just say dont bother playing while we do live maintainance instead of us wasting our time playing and then get kicked from server as you want to close it with no real notice

The maintenance and the resulting lag was absolutely fine, as it was announced officially. A 30 second warning till a server restart though is something different. You should know that some people would start threads about something like that.

I suspect Khyber historically is the worst. I was still on Riedra at the time, but Khyber used to have constant problems back then.

That's their warning, and my answer.

"Get out of my house right now!!!!" was what happened a while ago.

If you consider their first "warning" (who came AFTER people started experiencing issues in game) as ok and valid, good for you.

To me, not giving any reason, booting us from the server with 30 secs warning, sending us to a thread in which no answer at all is being given and then telling us world is up when it's not, is not acceptable.

I had just finished EDQ2 and was hitting loot all on the chest and grabbing my torc FINALLY for my caster. (Won it in a roll) then it shut down as I got the "are you sure" box. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J/K or I would totally be raged. Wanted to be the first such post. Hopefully this will fix the lag that has been HORRIBLE on the server. I have the week off work due to a minor injury and was hoping to do some leveling.
