Hello,
i want to roll a lvl12 paly/6 monk/2 rogue. Does healing amplification from Hunter of the Dead stack with Monk healing amplification? I always thought that 2 class sources do not stack (and i was told yesterday by a paly/mo that they do not stack), but on wiki (and other internet sources) i have red that class sources of healing amplification always stack. I hope you can help me.

Yes, HotD healing amp stacks with Monk healing amp. I think the only healing amp that doesn't stack is if you have multiple items with 10/20/30%, in other words a 10% amp item and 20% amp item stack but not two items with 10% amp. Everything else stacks.

Here's how the stacking works...
Item
1 piece from each tier stacks multiplicatively. So a 10%, 20%, and 30% with no other amp would be 1.1 x 1.2 x 1.3 = 1.716 or 171.6% healing.
Jid'z-tetka
Not sure if this follows item rules or not but it's 25% so it stacks with everything anyways.
Pure Healing Amp Enhancements
This would include the monk, human, and half elven monk dilettante healing amp (but not HotD - more on that in a second). These take the highest tier reached and also stack multiplicatively. So if I have tier 2 of monk (20%) and tier 3 of human (30%) then I get 1.2 x 1.3 = 1.56 or 156% healing.
Hunter of the Dead
This deserves its own section. Each tier of HotD gives 10% healing amp. It does not raise the amp to 20% but actually gives another 10% each tier so the end effect is that tier 1 is 110% healing, tier 2 is 121% healing (1.1 x 1.1), and tier 3 is 133.1% healing (1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1).
Finger Necklace/Blood Docents/Fleshmakers/Etc.
These are funky. They raise the base value of your heals. There are (or were, not sure here) issues with the order in which gear is equipped. I've never had one but all I can say is that they don't seem to follow the same rules and leave it at that.
Other than the last section, every section stacks multiplicatively so for a human 15 paladin/3 monk/2 rogue with HotD2 (1.1 x 1.1), monk amp 1 (1.1), human 3 (1.3), 10/20/30 items (1.1 x 1.2 x 1.3), and 10% ship buff (1.1) in fire stance w/ Jid'z-tetka (1.25) would be 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.3 x 1.1 x 1.2 x 1.3 x 1.1 x 1.25 = 4.08 or 408% healing. And yes, that's very very fun. :)

If healing amp is very important to you try if you can fit another level of monk at the cost of a rogue level. This would cost some skill points though and only boosts monk healing amp from 10% to 20%.

The only forms of healing amp that dont' stack are as follows (assuming bugs are fixed)
monk healing amp and half elf monk dilletante
an enhancement bonus to healing amp on an item 10/20/30 % are the most likely candidates from dragontouched / greensteel / epic gloves of the claw.
Every other source of healing amp you can think of stacks.
human and monk stack
helf monk dilly and human amp stack
monk and hotd stack
