I'm interested in selling an unbound (binds to account on equip, though) suppressed (ie unsuppressable) Pale Lavender Ioun Stone.

I am accepting Flawless Red Dragon Scales, and platinum (up to 1,000,000 on your total bid, converting 1 FRDS = 650 k).

Minimum Bid is 1 Flawless Red Dragon Scale. Auction will be terminated Monday, the 6th February 2012 at 12:00 pm GMT (noon)/ 1:00 pm CET/ 7:00 am EST.

No, I am only accepting the items mentioned in the OP. For my next auction, I will probably accept more items than that, but for reasons of fairness I will stick to my initial choice: frds and plat.

Unfortunately, I have only one PLIS. However, should I find a different (or the same) valuable item which I want to auction, I will learn from the experience of this auction.

You are totally right. It has the property "suppressed power", i.e. it is unsurpressable.

Not really.

I just meant that i could bid for a lot more if it was already unsuppressed. But that was just a typo, i guess. I didn't say that to flame or something, just my personal thought.

The PLIS is still quite a rare and useful item btw. Buying an unsuppressed one would be just like looting a 3rd tier GS weapon! :D
