After TR'ing I pulled just over a page's worth of items out of the TR cache into my backpack. Upon trying to walk away, I see I'm stuck in place. No big deal... This has happened before, just relog..
Relogged.
Now only 1 page of my backpack is occupied and not even fully. No problem, I'm sure that stuff is just still in the TR cache...
Not in the TR cache...
I'm VERY glad this was "only" about 70 yugo pots, spell components, and repair pots, as opposed to a piece of gear. Then again, maybe this bug only happens to consumables? In game support suggested that I file a bug report, but I don't want to file a bug report. I want my stuff back. I know I'm not the only person this has happened to so the fact that you say it's not a "known issue" I find hard to believe.
Please either tell me how to go about getting my stuff back, or actually take the time to communicate with me in a non-pre-fabbed-copy-and-paste-generic help ticket since I'm already assuming there's nothing that can or will be done about such things. The nature of whatever kind of reply I receive will be a big help in me determining whether or not I want to continue to play the game, and risk similar frustration on gear that actually mattered to me.
