Expansion pack--how many quests?

Trying to figure out how many quests (roughly) will be in the expansion pack. I've tried to decipher how many quests are in the LOTRO expansion packs, but having never played that game, I can't make heads or tails of it. Anyone who plays both games have any idea roughly how large a thing we can expect? 10 quests? 40? 100?

Oh, and are epic levels only available to people who buy the expansion? That seems a bit odd.

for some reason 5 sticks in my head. maybe im thinking the extra 5 levels. the possibilities are endless. there are some posts here in the threads with interviews that give some insight to what we can expect. this is something that will grow and grow. theres a ton of stuff that can be done there.

if you want to be level 21-25, you will have to buy the expansion, even if your vip.

Since it sounds like the XP system for the epic levels will be a bit different (assumption based on the GB interview), it's quite likely that you could only acquire epic levels by running the expansion content, so making them nominally available to those who don't own it wouldn't make any difference since they couldn't get them anyway.

Did I miss something? I keep seeing references to the expansion being Epic Only. Someone mind providing a link to support this supposition?
