End reward based on class functionality question

Is the "End reward based on class" option based solely on your dominant class, or is it effected by all the character's classes?

I'm 18 wizard / 2 monk:

I want Thaarak Wraps on my 20th run HoX run... option on or off for the best chance?

I want Bracers of the Demon Consort on my 20th run... option on or off for the best chance?

It doesn't matter on your 20th reward.

It matters only for normal questing.

im pretty sure having your primary class checked in the options panel for 20th rewards and named loot doesnt affect it. im pretty sure that is for random loot. when i was on my barbarian, i had the class icon checked for 20 straight tods and the encrusted ring wasnt in the reward list and never pulled it. the next 20 i had it turned off and same thing, nothing. took 80 completions to get it.

Also, since the wraps don't drop in the main chest and only show up above hard difficulty, it's quite likely that they don't show up on the 20th at all. I haven't seen it proven either way, however.
