When's the next event?

I miss being able to log in for just a few minutes and jump for coins. :/ I know a lot of folks don't like the holiday events but they are a nice option for people who want a quick break and don't have a half hour or hour to run a quest or raid.

Last year we had first round of Crystal Cove round the end of February, so yeah, prolly that.

I still kind of wish they would revamp Cove and just add it to the challenges. Its such a PITA finding groups for regular quests and the lag is so bad.

Bingo! That actually sounds like a splendid plan to me. They already offer epic items to people for doing the challenges so this would be the same. Besides, looking at the list, I didn't see any gloves listed for the house C challenges....this would help fix that.

Supposedly an event at the end of February... though the Cove has been brought so much that there's a bit too much Cove... and seriously the Challenges don't help here.

Now if the rumor mill is true, instead of an event, we might have an annoucement around the 7th birthday.

I for one would like for Cove to come back at least 1 more time a lot of stuff I still need to make..As for challenges I'm not a big fan yet..

Hoping the next "event" will be a 20% XP boost for a entire month to celebrate DDO's birthday.

A really cool event they could do is have undead ice skating kobolds that you need to lead around a ice skating ring and ski jumps etc to collect snow balls to create a huge snowball launcher to fire at invading devils that are stealing the eggs from the market place too sell for gold festivault coins.

I guess I don't even care what it is. I just really enjoy having something fun and different to do for short periods of time. I had really hoped the challenges would fill this role, but they don't. :(

I guess after I TR, I'll have slayer/explorer areas to do that to some extent.
