Ice Coin turn-in problem

I just turned in 2 blue and 3 white coins at once and received total loot of 1 mote of winter and nothing else. How is this even possible? You mean to tell me that for one of the sets I turned in I got a reward of NOTHING? Your system is obviously screwed up if a reward yields nothing even if it's a rare occurance.

Further, please make the trinkets bind to account. I don't want to junk all these things, but I can't possibly hold gazillions of them since they drop so often! I would make various trinkets to keep if I could at least store them on alts.

The only other thing which is ridonkulous is that every purple coin I just turned in gave me recipes that can be obtained from white and blue coins, which is a slap in the face! I am not wasting any more time going after rare coins for the higher level recipes only to have a tiny chance of actually getting these better rewards. I thought purple coins always gave higher tier recipes, even if it was not the ones you were looking for? But to be getting recipes for icy touch with purple coins is a slap in the face and ensures that I won't be jumping for them ever again.

Purple coins are no guarantee of getting something higher, just a better chance of it. Usually they will give more of lesser rewards, however. From my experience you will get a 5/20 recipe (the one most people are shooting for) for every 20 purples turned in on average. Sometimes you hit a dry spell, like I am now. I have turned in about 150 purples and only received two 5/20 recipes. Early on, however, I was getting two or three for every 20 I turned in, so it averages out. I don't know what to say about your turn in except that it was probably due to a lag spike or something.

No it wasn't due to a lag spike, because it just happened again. I always turn in multiple sets at once, and yet again, not even 5 minutes after the first time, for 2 blues and 3 whites, I received 1 mote of winter and NOTHING ELSE!

Well I have never had that occur, so I don't know what to say. I have gotten one mote as a reward before, but if you were getting nothing from the other turn in there would be no message stating what you got (or in this case didn't get). I have never not seen a message displayed for a turn in. What does your chat log say at these times?

Messages always display on turn-ins, across the screen, and in chat, and it said "you receive 1 mote of winter," for turning in 2 blues and 3 whites at once. This happened twice within 5 minutes, and it is ridiculous to get nothing for a turn-in which obviously and blatantly happened, since the reward for 1 of the turn-ins was 1 mote and the reward for the other was nothing. The point is this is obviously bugged/flawed, because you should NEVER get nothing for a turn-in reward! How on earth could you say you have never seen or received a message from turning something in? It always tells you what you get.

I said I have never not seen a message for a turn in. I suppose there might be a reward slot for three whites + two blues = 1 Mote, but until I see myself turn in a set by itself (either three white or two blue) and get nothing out of it I can't confirm your claim.

Did you read standard in your general chat box.......it will only show one of the turns ins on screen but the chat box will show everything you got if you are turning more than type of coin at once.
