Problem with ship Shroud altars?

I was told at first someone had a problem making a CO item on a ship tier3, then it turned out it was in the Shroud itself but *might* also be on a ship tier3.

Anyone know what is going on?

Your post is a little short on details. What sort of problem? When? What item exactly were they making?

I finished my Con-Opp HP goggles last week in the shroud no problem.

Yeah I know, sorry. I asked on a channel for access to a ship with altars to make a conc-opp item and someone chimed in saying a friend had a set of CO goggles get "screwed up" recently. No details. At first I thought this was on a ship altar but he said it happened in the Shroud.

Could be "error between chair and keyboard" so I thought I'd check. Thanks.

One of our guildies reported a T3 finishing issue, but I'm not sure what sort of item it was. I think the issue was that it produced a result it shouldn't have. This was weeks ago though. Surely if conc op was bugged there'd have been a hue and cry by now?

No idea if there is a problem with alters or not, but I can chime in and say I recently (yesterday) made a tier 3 cloak with no issues. Did a lot of the stuff in Shroud (Made the Tier 1 part but because I forgot to bring a Shard of Great Power along I was only able to form the components and make the Tier 3 Supreme Shard and leave it at that) but finished on a Guild's Airship (Continued by simply just completing Tier 2 and 3).

I've recently made a MIN2 (so dual shard like conc opp) entirely on ship (and shavarath for teir 2) and it worked as intended.

It was probably a human error that resulted in the issue. Greensteel is very easy to screw up if you aren't being meticulous with what you put in the altar.

The altar on the ship is the same exact altar as in the shroud. People will blame anything but themselves when they #$%& up.
