Half-elf Barbarian Dilettante - Toughness enhancements

Do the half-elf Barbarian dilettante toughness enhancements stack with fighter toughness enhancements...

I know if you have a fighter/barbarian, you can only take one class toughness chain... but does the half-elf dilettante count as a class toughness?

I can't say from experience, but I read that it counted as a class bonus, and thus is exclusive with Fighter Toughness. Just like the stat enhancements count as a class bonus. So if you make a Monk with the Cleric Dilly, the wisdom enhancement is locked out by your Monk wisdom enhancements.

The whole point of the dilly feats is to add extra capabilities that your character doesnt already have, rather than to overlap with any you do already have.
