I was wondering which two handed weapon would be the best choice for a melee cleric, player who doesnt have all the epic gear, just some nice raid gear...falchion, greataxe, or greatsword? Feedback on why would be cool too, thanks in advance.
Human, 19 cleric, 1 fighter. might be tr'd into half elf 17 cleric, 2 monk, 1 fighter.

If you looking for an all around DR breaker - MIN II. It won't always be the best tool for the job, but there is not many creatures out there that it can't break their DR. It also comes with 2 stoneskin clickies.
Next is the LIT II - Large spikes in damage through its Lightning Strike. Not a DR breaker, but could be enhanced by Artificer Infusion to break some DR. Its biggest draw is the Lightning Damage. Drawback is that there are Creatures that are completely immune to Lightning and some that Heal from it. Currently these are Demons and some Iron Defender Dogs.
Then there is the DUST II - similar to the Lightning Strike you get a disintegrate strike. Does less damage, but very little is immune, resistant and nothing currently heals from that type of strike.
Earth II is another possibility - 3 summon of Dense Earth Elemental and Earth Grab on Hit - while not the Double damage that it use to be, it is still an enhancement to the amount of Damage Inflicted. Also anything held is not damaging you or your party.

To compare the 3, I used http://ddowiki.com/page/Green_Steel_Weapons (don't have greensteel 2H weapons myself).
+5 Greatsword (3d6) ~ 5 + 3X3.5 ~ 5 + 10.5 ~ 15.5
+5 Greataxe (3d6) ~ 5 + 3X3.5 ~ 5 + 10.5 ~ 15.5
+5 Falchion (2d6) ~ 5 + 2X3.5 ~ 5 + 7 ~ 12
Presuming that you hit on a 2 and have Improved Crit Slash, the approximate damage done from 20 swings...
+5 Greatsword ~ 15.5 * (15) + 31 * (4) = 232.5 + 124 ~ 446.5
+5 Greataxe ~ 15.5 * (17) + 46.5 * (2) = 263.5 + 93 ~ 356.5
+5 Falchion ~ 12 * (14) + 24 * (6) = 168 + 144 ~ 312
However, keep in mind that this doesn't take into account your Strength bonus, Divine Favor, Divine Might, Seeker, and other gear that increase your base damage. I believe that as your base damage increases, the Greataxe gets better than the other two, but I don't have the numbers handy.
You should plan out your build, figure out all of your bonuses to base damage, then do the calcs again.
