Clam Chest on Epic

So in Epic Black Loch, there is a nice little 24 mobs to get rid of for chance at scrolls, shrine, and possible underwater clam chest. Does that clam chest proc epic sentinel Seals? I've almost ransacked it twice, and nothing so far. There is also a chest just up from there that has a green key, so I'm wondering if it's like the scorp seal chest in epic wiz king; having a chance to proc an epic seal. Thanks for anyone who can confirm this does or doesn't proc epic seals.

No. Outside of the Sands, VoN, and Chrono, seals/shards only drop from the end epic chests. Side chests in Sentinels, Fens, and the Carnival are just vendor trash and renown sources.

BTW, that just makes Sentinel gear a pain in the rump roast when it comes to seals :(

Not really... they all drop in Bargain of Blood, which is one of the fastest and easiest epics.

Let me rephrase; It makes soloing for seals in ones downtime a pain in the rump :)

Depends. Even non-elitist-build casters can usually manage to solo BoB, and without using any sp pots. Weaker builds may need to take it slow and carefully, but it's possible.

Whether it's worth the effort or not is another matter.
