Massive lag

So I'm just wondering... Is Turbine doing maintenance or something on the game? Because the lag today is making it unplayable. The forums are also crawling for me. And before anyone says it's my internet connection...no, it isn't. I can load any other webpage within seconds, but the forums and compendium both take at least 30 seconds to load. And I can't move more than five feet in game before I freeze for ten seconds, move another five feet, etc etc. So yeah, any info anyone can provide would be helpful... Would be nice to know I'm not the only one having this issue today. Taking me ten minutes to even post this... :(

I didn't see this in the game over the last couple of hours, but I did see pretty serious lag from about 2-4am (EST).
