Challenges and epic tokens

So you can trade 300 challenge ingredients for 1 epic dungeon token. You can run enough challenges to get around 5 tokens an hour. If you think tokens should be so easy to get please remove timers from other epic quests (not raids) and go back to putting whole tokens in the end chest instead of fragments.

5 an hour is actually kinda light, it takes roughly 8 minutes to complete Extraplanar Palace:Buying Time, and once you have it down, you will get anywhere from 280-500 epic wings. 6 runs in an hour, roughly 2400 wings on average = 8 Epic Dungeon tokens.

Friend told me about this 2 weeks ago where he was getting 5-8 per hour and you just need a group who knows which ones to do and knows them well. He has well over 220 dungeon tokens now as he linked them to me and I drooled.

Group? I can solo 8 per hour lev 23 buying time on a rog and get a chest with a +3 tome chance.

So no real reason to run and of the other epic quest. Once you have your seal you dont need to run them anymore. It will make it harder for everyone who comes along now to get seals.

I 100% agree but I also think this madness will be corrected once some predetermined amount of sales for the new pack happens.

I only had fun in this game when I hit 20 and could do the epics but I hardly see any on Thelanis and I was asking around when my friend explained what was up and the reason why. As he said why run epic quests for 3 hours when you can do just as good if not better in an hour? I was sad and hung my Wiz up until the madness has ended.

U11 rolls around and I hung up my lvl 20 Mechanic after I witnessed the devastation of U7 and the lessening of the DC's for traps (I was gone during u5 day1 and u10.1 so I didn't know).
U12 rolls around and I finally get my Wiz back to 20 (tr'd in U11) and I hang him up because the fun I had is no longer done when something simpler rolls around for people.

I do not own the challenges pack and have only done one challenge that was not epic (free token on day 1) but even with all of the candy and this ludicrously, and temporary ploy I bet, easy way to get tokens now I am not lured into buying it either. When the dust finally settles and the pack goes on a perm 50% reduction with occasional 20% off sales for it then I might buy it.

That is what he might be doing as he is a FvS but with no rest shrine I don't know about that.

This is so everyone could wrack up a bunch of tokens to slot out all their newly created epic gear. I'm sure now that everyone has all their epic gear finished, they will pass you the seals! Its the greatest Exploit ever told!

Time is Money has a shrine and can still give you 2-5 tokens per hour. Thats what I've been doing with my low DC sorc.

i tried a lvl 23 dungeon and we got totally pwned (6 people not all 20, me as fvs and a cleric)
well, is nice if you can handle epics :P
if u can get that many tokens and have fun... is sweet :P

i just bought 2 tr heart when they were on sale, and used up 1 :P
no plan to try epic of any kind in the next months, and i bet... the time i will try they will have changed the rules...
i always came late, when there is something hot -.-'

also i have the tendancy to go to the many offices just the only day they are closed -.-'
