Turbine sells an item that is incompatable to its own game design. I doubt it will get fixed since it generates more revenue in the ddostore. Typical Turbine though.....

it doesnt really bother me for tr's but Lr's and GR's it should stay since you arent changing near as much

Then rather than whining about it, start up a thread asking that it be retained. Points were paid and other items that TP/GR/LR was used for (i.e. bank/character bags) are retained. The same should apply.

After all your character suffers total hair loss persay. Style and Color, gone. Or they could at least shove the same style and color item back into your back when your LR/GR/TR to solve the issue so you could apply it again.
I'll grant Turbine some debate points on the TR however, just because it is a new life/new race. I mean consider going from fleshy to WF. Got toupee?

One of my hobby horses has been that LR/GR should have a checkbox that says Retain Appearance, or at least have the current appearance be the default upon loading the customization screen.

I would LR a LOT more often if that was available.

TR, whadya gonna do, you can change sex and race, and appearance just doesn't line up. And even if you stay the same in both, it's still a True reincarnation--a new life. So that part at least makes sense.
