Just some Arty questions

1.) Just got reconstruct on my Arty and since there was a speed buff along w it when casted on a living construct, does this speed buff stack with Armor of Speed, or Haste?

2.) Scrolling a Summon monster applies a 300s cooldown on my Flame turret spell, from what i've noticed. Is this WAI? Or just an unlisted side-effect of having summoned creatures?

1 - does not stack with haste, which does not stack with armor of speed iirc, so probably not with either of them.

2 - don't think it's WAI, but can't say for sure.
