this is jsut intended as a toy, i plan on using fistwraps through level 9 then rolling with shorties after then (keeping stance vis monk prest). i will run in earth stance, and try to benefit from defender pally line. i'd love to see constructive criticism but if yer going to flame / tell me only warforged are viable builds pls do so elsewhere (yes, i've had someone tell me that in-game) i've been contemplating trying to go str based for more benefit from defender but i dont see how i'll maintain that and a 1/2way worthwhile ac.

i dont have any plans for running epics / end game raids (unless somehow this toon turns into something i enjoy, i mainly run casters)

The first thing I see is your strength. even if you go weapon finesse your damage mod is still str, with the higher of dex and str being your to hit. I would raise str, drop wish down to 14 or 12 and put those points in str. This would raise your dps which would raise your enjoyment imo.
EDIT:cha could also stand to be dropped to 12 your smites and lay on hands wouldn't be quite as good, but if you kill things faster you won't need them to be
