This is really anoying tiers 1 and 2 are bound to account. Then Suddenly they bind to character once you hit tier 3 without warning. Its also anoying me that it says they bound to character on equip but mine was bound as soon as i made it. I was making the item for my bard, it was bad enough that i had to grind all day for the mats (solo i couldnt find a group willing to do it).
I doubt this will get fixed and i will have to spend another day grinding for the stupid axe.
Thought i should post it though. 4800 mats total is no joke :/
