Information used in DPS calculations?

Where would I be able to find a list of all the mobs in DDO and what their physical statistics are, including information on details such as their fortification levels or whether they have any damage reduction?

I know the DPS calculator enthusiasts will no doubt have a few resources they use in their calculations, but because I've never been interested enough to check, I don't have any of the current tools on hand.

What would be the best, easiest DPS calculator for the layperson to use? By this I mean an intuitive and easy to interpret interface listing the possible variables and not requiring any intimate knowledge of the races and classes.

ddowiki.com has a pretty good array of stats on the various big bosses. Most trash has either 0 or 100 fortification and easily-bypassed if any DR.

I don't think there are any DPS calculators that meet your requirements. Mostly they're about automating the calculations, not automating the set-up. The one I know of with the most detailed set-up is the spreadsheet (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=195421) created by Absolute-Omniscience and Aaxeyu, you could start there perhaps. While you do need a good grasp of the various race/class differences, they are at least well-labeled.
