could IG guild account size be incorrect?

Hi there :)

Is it at all possible that the in game account size is bugged?
This is ours: Modified account size: 94. (154 active accounts, 53 inactive, 2 departures)

I have made a list of all active accounts for my guild, asking people to comment, post if I forgotten someone, list multiple accounts etc. After all of that we found about 60 active accounts (logged in the past 2 week) We are still missing about 34 active accounts? Nobody knows who they are, we have no record of them, they have never applied / posted on our forums, so I dont see how that is possible.

I know some people that have transferred from Europe have some issue when loggin into their account, also showing multiple accounts etc. I am not familiar with the issue itself, but it has been mentioned as a possible cause.

Any ideas or feedback will be much appreciated.
