Shroud of the Wraith is it a zerger's best friend?

I'm wondering because from what I see Wraiths don't walk like the other shrouds they float which means that when they walk past a monster that monster hears no footsteps, so would a Wraith with invisibility be completely undetectable to everyone except those guys with true seeing or see invisibility?

It's important to note that while Hide applies if you're sneaking or invisible, Move Silently only applies when sneaking. So it doesn't really help for zerg'ing though it can be very handy for moving slowly through some areas.

Also, every so often, I catch myself saying "OOoooooOOOOOooooooooOOOoohh!" in a spooky voice as I drift past the critters. Some of the smarter ones start looking around when that happens.
