My next life: Favored Soul. I try to make a Favored Soul Evoker that is able to solo almost every quest.

And I need help and advice on my built.

I present to you the fifth Metacortex life.

(The biggest weakness is the lack of Toughness)

Few comments:

STATS:
STR 12
DEX 8
CON 16
INT 10
WIS 18
CHA 12

A very minor sacrifice in STR and a negligible amount of SP will allow you to max your DC stat (if you already have your full final equip layout plus tome and you end up odd disregard this advice)

SKILLS:
Heal over Balance i think it's a typo as there are absolutely no reasons whatsoever to max heal; UMD over diplo is another strong possibility as fire shield is very sexy; i would also consider 1 pt in tumble

FEATS:
I would drop empower healing to make room for Toughness as with your layout you'll barely crack 500HP and it's not a place i would be confortable to sit on.

I would also change the order you take your feats.

For example look at taking heighten at level 18 and quicken at 15.

Mostly the same comments as the previous folks, the order of your feats seems a little wacky.

Empower healing is really unnecessary, unless you're healing a lot of zero-healing-amp warforged, in which case I'd say, let them die. Drop that for toughness. Or if you're REALLY not concerned about your HP, then take spell penetration instead.

Heighten can wait until 18, there aren't a lot of low level spells that are worth heightening, and before 18 you won't even really need to heighten things like cometfall, destruction, greater command and blade barrier, they'll be good enough as is.

I like to get maximize before empower, but that's just sort of a personal preference I guess. If I'm going to be amping up damage, maximize cost more SP, but it's more efficient. It's nice for the free magic missile from arcane initiate.

I'd change your skills from concentration, heal and diplo (heal, WHY?) to concentration, balance and UMD. With a few UMD items you'll be able to do things like teleport, which is huge for me. If you don't care about it then increase jump instead. Having a high unbuffed jump can really save your butt in some cases.
