Fabricators Gauntlets and Ultimate Wind Stance

I picked up the Fabricators gauntlets and I am trying to decide who to place them on. Here is the setup...

Monk #1
Light Path
Ultimate Wind Stance
Ultimate Water
Epic Brawling Gloves TierII

Monk #2
Light Path
Ultimate Fire
Ultimate Wind
Epic Brawling Gloves Tier III

Both Monks have the Fabricators Bracers to complete the set.

The question I have is this...

Will the 10% alacrity bonus stack with my 15% enhancement bonus in Ultimate Wind?

If I go with Monk #2 will the 10% Alacrity bonus offset the loss of the 1-4 piercing from the Brawlers? I lose a point of str but gain a +2 on both hit and damage from the Fabricators Set so the gain from the Fabricators will only be +1.

The melee alacrity should stack with wind stance but NOT with haste. In cases where you don't have haste I suspect it might make up the difference nicely but that's not too often

Alacrity does not stack with haste because it's typed as an enhancement bonus.
Wind stance used to offer two different types of attack speed boost. Part was enhancement that did not stack with haste, and part was insight (maybe, if I remember correctly?) that did stack with haste. It has since changed so that the secondary bonus that stacked became a doublestrike bonus instead.

So the alacrity will not stack with either, but will apply at any time that haste is not in effect.
The doublestrike bonus from wind stance still applies, if you want to consider that as stacking. And the doublestrike bonus from wind stance will stack with the doublestrike bonus from the bracers, if you have them.
