The Who Bar?

Anyone else having problems with the Who bar/tab?
It only works for me when I only type in 2 letters, any more and it doesn't do anything.
Kind of strange but anyone else having the same problem?

Noticed that today, actually. Tried looking up a couple of toons and nothing came up at all.
