Is there a reason why a person from Israel would not have access to the DDO store? I have a new guild member from Israel and they did not why they can not access the store.

I'd say more information is needed...
Did he get an error, or did the Store just not load? Is there any indicator that it was an Israeli specific problem?

it loads normal then stops and the screen goes grey with dwarves. I was wondering if it had anything to do with Israel and the laws. I know if you are in Canada you can not enter the lotteries that DDO has.

I am, however, not an expert - and I would recommend bumping this tomorrow so a CR or Dev can see it and answer on Monday.

do u mean the myddo lotteries your characters can enter ? so they can win store items ?

I have 2 guildies in Israel and I'm pretty sure they have no issue with the DDO store.

I play from israel as well and never had any issues with the store - checked again just for making sure and all going fine

Probably means that Win 100k TP or whatever contest they had a while back, open only to US citizens.

Had the same thing couple times (Poland).
Just restart client, and/or wait.

Yeah that was only thing Canadians couldnt enter from what I know. Canadians in guild always telling me about the lotteries they entered and won on myddo.

You would get better results if a) the person having issues posts there issue and b) it was posted in the correct section. ie DDO store feedback or Customer Service sections.

i am on satellite and i have the same problem oocationly. the store is probably just timing out.

ah cool lol was thinking it must be something like that, otherwise i might be in trouble o.0 lol since i enter the myddo often enough .
