Anyone else deposit money into the shared bank and unable to regain it soon after?

I put 50k pp into my shared bank then went to bed, logged on my new toon to receive it from the bank in the morning and as soon as i type a number to withdraw it locks the withdraw button.

And they want to charge 495 TP for this "convenience" lol.
