Hello DDO Brethren and Sistren,


First, I just TRed my gimpy wiz into a Sorc. I'm enjoying that so far. But, I figured right as I hit 6th level I'd be trying out a savant line.. I can't. Apparently, the way the enhcancement progression works, you have to be 6th level + 1 rank to afford it. I know, big deal. But, I thought it was kinda weird. Are there other PrEs like that and I'm just a friggin moron and hadn't noticed? (<---- EXTREMELY possible)


Secondly, whatever happened to the dragon statue on the load-in splash screen? Was that just a limited time deal?


As you can see, these are HUGE beefs of mine, and I'm just as passionate about them as the ppl calling for Shroud nerfs already because they can't wrap their head around 2 rounds on pt 4! (sarcasm = yes)

:P


Anyway, thought those were weird.

You used to not be able to take rogue assassin I until the second rank of 6 before they changed all skills to only costing 1 AP per tier. It required 7 AP worth of enhancements with a pre-req of having already spent at least 10 AP. With all skill enhancements only costing 1 AP now, though, you can take assassin I right at level 6.

Same for my Palemaster, had to wait till level 12 plus 1 rank to get Wraith/Vamp form

There has never been a dragon statue on the loading screen.

Several times there have been dragons, including one recently on the rocks outside of Stormreach. Presumably it got up and flew away.

I am pretty sure OP was talking about that one. I too thought the dragon was a statue.

Ok Mr. Uptown. Dragon/Dragon statue.. Dragon-like form whatever. It "flew away" but the sunlight and lightning haven't changed. Didn't know it was a live-feed traffic cam just outside the city.
