No challenge tokens

Ok, so I know that the numbers on free tokens are messed up. I got 3 on my main and one on every alt on the same server on the first day. On the second day, however, I got one on my main, and when I approach Kariya for freebies she says that she has already given me some. Anyone enconutered same situation and not getting any Labor Shortage for their alts?

Yes, almost exactly the same. Except across two servers, first toon got one token on the "second day" and the alts were informed they had already received them (nothing in inventory though). This seemed to follow across to the second server, where none of my toons could get a token for the new day, not even the first.

Thought it might have been a flag against the account until I created another new character, asked for a freebie and received it. But the existing characters are definitely getting knocked back.
