Reincarnation Problem

I have used a heart of wood on my artificer and now on the entry secreen when I click on reincarnate it comes up with a box to enter the name and it won't let me type in the box; any ideas?

Had to close DDO completely then it worked.

If it is the same problem I had with the Shared Bank then you may have to exit the client and restart it. I LR this morning without fail so I think they just have some kinks to work out. Hope it helps.
