1-6 use fire aoe spells and sonic blast (low damage but daze a lot)
7 ZOMBIE time - high DR, self heal with aura
8 firewall will change everything, WEB+firewall and u can solo almost everything
9 evasion time :) - good deal with Insightful Reflexes
10-13 continue with firewall and start with some insta-kill (phantasma killer - Undeath to Death//circle of death...)
14-19 VAMPIRE - higher DC on ench (but u will suffer a lot vs searing lights); go ahead with CC and istakills
20 LICH - higer DC (+1 all +2 necro), more HP, more umd

I think on an end build palemaster I would want shield mastery. Personally, I don't value the rogue levels too much, it's too simple just to bypass traps with reflexes etc. If I really wanted evasion I'd prefer 2 monk for the extra feats and HP (and flavour of unarmed at least while leveling).

In this case, a UMD of 39 wouldn't be tough to hit. With 4 past lives, heck even with no past lives, you can make the case for 20 levels of wizard, 18/2 wiz/rogue, and 18/2 wiz/rogue. Plenty of threads with heated debates. Pick your favorite flavor, add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy.

I wish I had the time/patience to get 4 past lives done, this character will be a hoot (at least for you, OP) to play.

I agree completely, in fact lets go into A LOT more detail

Heres a little more info on that melee stuff:
1. In GH and quests before it most monsters have a laughable AC which means you can easily melee them even without TWF, though I wouldn't recommend it because spells are just more time efficient, but for soloing it helps a little.
2. SHIELD MASTERY, SHIELD MASTERY, SHIELD MASTERY, its that important, in fact ditch the Drow and go Human for the extra feat and better HP then you can have enough room to take SHIELD MASTERY.
- Heres a fun fact about shield mastery you get 15% damage reduction without even blocking (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=311072)
3. UMD is more of a service to your party rather than you, you can still get a ~90% success rate on Heal Scrolls with a Conc OP weapon, a Lit II Charisma skills item, Bunny Hat, GH, Good Luck +2, Ship Buff (CHA+2), and Lich.
4. Monk is 47 more HP than Rogue would offer you.

In Sum, if you're looking for an evasion lich do this:
18Wizard/2Monk Lawful Neutral Human
Feats(Not in any particular order):
1. Extend Spell (Human)
2. Spell Focus Necromancy(Human)
3. Greater Spell Focus Necromancy(Human)
4. Shield Proficiency General (Human)
5. Shield Mastery (Human)
6. Past Life: Arcane Initiate(Human)
7. Skill Focus: UMD (Human)
8. Insightful Reflexes (Human)
9. Toughness(Monk)
10. Toughness(Monk)
11. Maximize Spell (Wizard)
12. Empower Spell (Wizard)
13. Quicken Spell (Wizard)
14. Heighten Spell (Wizard)

The Above feats are assuming you have Wizard past lives to compensate for Spell Pen loss.

All Ability points go into INT and CON any leftovers go to CHA.

Don't get Flame Manipulation enhancement line get Acid it has far more effective spells than Fire. If you're worried about Wall of Fire choose Ice Storm its far superior (Mostly because it slows things down and nothing is immune to it).

The most important skills are: Concentration, Balance, UMD, Haggle, and Tumble/Jump (You don't need significant numbers in these but it helps to have a little)
