Here is the build I'm working on, building to be decent DPS while self-sufficent. Loses some DPS by using Long Swords instead of Kopesh, but picks up some additional adaptability by still being able to use monk stances for +2 str if having to hit issues in fire, picking up additional doublestrike by going air, or additional saves when needed in water.

Any glaring issues, or suggestions? Prefer to stay longsword, shouldn't be too far behind kopesh plus a lot cheaper to equip leveling and for boss beaters.

Having leveled a couple of WSS builds, here's where it all goes off the rails given the current state of the game:

If you're going to be centered as a monk, you want at least 3 levels for the philosophy path, 6 if you go dark, for ninja fade, and you still get all the kensei goodies except the +1 crit range. Ah, but then if you go 12 monk, you could be in Earth 3 stance and get +1 crit multiplier (MUCH better than +1 crit range), but now you should be using unarmed since it will do WAY more DPS.

So 6 monk is the sweet spot, but now you've got 2 open levels (assuming you still take kensei 2), perfect for rogue, paladin, ranger, whatever.

My last WSS build wound up 8 fighter/6 ranger/6 monk, ninja tempest kensei, and it was awesome; lots of feats, and many of them did double duty (dodge for ninja and tempest, weapon focus for WSS and kensei, etc).
