Epic End-Gear

So I play a dex/AC based TWF Ranger (18 Ranger/1 Monk/1 rogue). I don't care if strength based is "better" or that end-game doesn't really support AC based toons... this is the style character i want to play so there is no need to preach about the advantages of being strength based (save it for another thread). However, i still want to be as effective as possible within my own self-imposed limitations. HERE (http://olfactoryhues.com/temp/Epic%20End%20Gear.pdf) is a my current end-gear setup & i'm looking for your thoughts on how to improve it.

Things that i want from my gear:

Dodge +10 (+4, +3, +2, +1)
Protection +5
Profane AC +3 (Abashi Set)
Armor Bonus +8
Insight AC +4

Dex +6/7
Wis +6/7
Con +6/7
Str +6/7

Exceptional Dex +1
Exceptional Dex +2
Exceptional Wis +1
Exceptional Wis +2
Exceptional Con +1
Exceptional Str +1
Exceptional Str +1 Profane (Abashi Set)

+45 Health Greensteel
False Life (Greater minimum)

I'm getting everything i want plus much more with this setup, but that doesn't mean there isn't a better way that i haven't considered. Superior false life would be nice. What else? Am i missing anything you consider important? Thank you for your time and consideration! -Scott

You'll want to swap that trinket for Litany of the Dead or The Bloodstone. You can get your +1 Dodge from Haste. (If want to keep it up all the time, make some Epic Goggles of Time-Sensing.) I prefer the Ravager set for better DPS. I slot my HP on a Min II Helm and pick up +6 WIS and SP on Existential Stalemate II Goggles (w/ Blindness/Disease Immunity) . I'd also epic slot +6 CHA somewhere for a UMD boost. Slotting Feather Fall in an epic slot is a waste. That's a swap item for the rare occasions you need it.

My question to you is: What do you want to do? I have a similar build (18/1/1 ranger/monk/rogue but not
dex based I think the base stats were 15/15/15/12/13/14 or something similar (tr1) ).

My main goal was tanking which meant I needed ac and I needed enough hate to resonably keep aggro.
That leaves me with a tanking setup of

Goggles: opportunist (seeker +4) ( or cha skills if I need it for the intimi)
Helm: epic mroranon (+7 wis, intim +15)
neckie: epic grim's (+7 str +3 dodge toughness)
trinket: epic gem (+1 con)
cloak: min II
belt: DoS belt (for the +15% threat)
ring 1: trash ring with 20% heal amp (has +1 except str too)
ring 2: DoS ring with +2 con
boots: innocent and swaps of all kind (madstone,anchoring, fom boots)
gloves: Epic claw gloves
Armor: icies

When I'm not tanking/don't need ac I swap to tempest set, and a DT with 10%,20% heal amp.
I'm still missing a second dps set (ravager preferably or encrusted), epic red helm, epic claw bracers and
litany/epic bloodstone.
