Is uncaring master working for anyone?

Can't find a dev note, can't do a bug report, figured I would ask.

I took uncaring master enhancement but I am still getting hit for spell points and hp when my dog dies. Is this enhancement working for everyone else? I am not sure if it is a problem with just my character or a known issue that everyone is having.

I haven't paid attention to it for a while. But, I know it was working when it first went live. I haven't really paid attention since the last hotfix/update. Will test it out soon as I have a chance today and edit/re-post.

It wouldn't surprise me since several other bugs crept their way back into the game last fix. Just waiting to get off work so I can get back in and see what they've tweaked this time.

i am experiencing a strange phenomenon wher sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

if i could figure out exactly how much it "hurts" when the dog dies, i would probably nix the UM enhancement altogether and just tough through it

I've been taking a break from my Arty in favor of capping my Monk but it didn't seem to be working on my Arty when I was last on (which I think was pre patch 1).

I get the message about hp and sp but it never takes it. ( I do have the enhancement )

Nope, it didn't work for me either. Had to reset my enhancements so I didn't waste any action points on bugs.

I had hoped the patch would fix the issue. Sadly, no. :(

Uncaring master does give me a message saying that my pet has died and I have lost hp and sp but I have never seen these taken off. Good job really as in some casing I'd be in trouble with the lowish hp I have.
Possibly it's just giving the message still and that's the bug rather than the enhancement not working.

I was wondering if that was the case, I've only had the pet die a couple of times and obviously I was in no position to be looking to see if it took anything off those two times, but I did see the message.
