Has anyone at all seen this item, required to upgrade the Hammer from Tier 1 to Tier 2?

The Tier 2 to Tier 3 upgrade piece drops in LoB's Domination optional chest, but noone I know has seen the first piece drop.

I'm not sure which one, but I pulled one of the pieces needed to upgrade Toven's Hammer, but traded it away to the Arty cause they are BtC. It was in the little lockbox, not sure if that is the domination or grudge maker chest.
