PLEASE READ BEFORE CRITIQUING

What I want:
1. Huge Ki Potential
2. Great DPS
3. Great Self-Healing/Heal Amp
4. Great HP
5. Has decent survivability in agro-mobs (through saves/self-healing)

Characteristics:
1. Stunning fist is purely for the requirements for Shinto; my main stun is going to be the Shinto III stun.
2. Has decent saves.
3. Lots of Ki = Lots of group heals, buffs, resurrections, etc…
4. Spot purely to tell me what’s about to kill me around the corner.

NOTICE: I use wisdom as a dump stat, no i didn't overlook it, let me know if you think i shouldn't do this.

BTW: Why i am halfling is because i am resurrecting my level 16 monk.

Don't dump WIS, stunning fist is your primary stun. Kukan-do is a nice extra for high-fort monsters and to give you another timer.

Dragonmarks can go away, with so many extra amp and vampirism items now you don't need these.

Take cleave for your Shintao pre-req.

Improved critical and toughness should wander into the build somewhere.

Check out Martens for some good monk stuff: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=305216

You'll need to adapt a bit for race and build points.

Another build closer to what you could lesser into here:
http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=279133

To adapt this one, drop Void IV and pick up more sneak attack. Also drop quick draw and fists of iron.

Both builds are designed for epic play but should work fine for regular quests.

What I want:
1. Huge Ki Potential Not exactly an issue with any pure monk, but OK
2. Great DPS You don't have this
3. Great Self-Healing/Heal Amp You don't have this
4. Great HP You don't have this
5. Has decent survivability in agro-mobs (through saves/self-healing) You don't have this

Not to say that there is anything exactly wrong with the build (well, the dragonmarks are just wasted feats), just that for your stated goals, there are many, many better ways of going about it. As always, IMO and YMMV:

1. Ki - You say you want this for special abilities, but that really has more to do with ki generation than standing ki; it this is that important to you, use fire stance until you get Oremi's necklace.

2. DPS - Light monk, strike 1; dump WIS, strike 2; not human, helf, horc, WF, or multiclassed, strike 3. Fix one of these, and you'll probably be OK. Two would be better yet.

3. Self-healing - Healing curse is useful to heal yourself while soloing, and to help out when everyone is beating on a big target (unusual since most of those are curse-immune at higher levels); similarly, dragonmarks are useful to keep yourself alive a minute longer, like trying to save a wipe when the healers all die, but again, this is more suited to low level and/or solo play. Splash rogue or find another way to keep UMD high enough to use scrolls, or just muddle along with the rest of us and use pots :)

4. HP - Pure monk is HP-starved; d8 hit die, no class toughness, tortoise is expensive for what you get, and I usually build for at least 2 toughness feats. To give you an idea, my 14 base CON elf pure monk with 1 toughness walks off the boat with ~500 hp, but that's with toughness item, HP GS item, etc. It's pretty good, but not what you would call "Great HP". You will have 20-30 more.

5. Survivability - Sort of a conjunction of all of the above; low WIS contributes to low AC and DPS, especially on a build that relies on special attacks (since you don't get damage boosts or power attack enhancements), which means that you will take longer to kill things, things will have more time to hit you, and you will get hit more often. Halfling sneak attack damage helps, but requires either a group (for someone else to hold aggro) or a stunned target (and we're back to low WIS).

About WIS: You see some builds, like the Metaru, that get by with low WIS, but they are both less reliant on special attacks for DPS and have better survivability through ninja fade and more HP, to say nothing of using stunning blow instead of fist on wf or horc. Even then, though, I have found that a modest investment in WIS goes a long way. In your build, you are highly reliant on special attacks and stuns, all of which have WIS-based DCs. If you do absolutely nothing else to your build, I would take a point out of STR and bump WIS up (should go to 14).

Thanks for your thoughts guys, im going to change my dragon marks to 2 toughness feats and 2 imp crit bludgeon.
Im not planning on using stunning fist for my stun, just kukan-do which makes wis less of a factor, what i meant for special attacks is the alignment of the stars (25% less manna usage) Fol, and other self buffs like those, not really the other offensive type.

Basically what i want is a type of charachter that can do some decent dps and stay alive while doing it. Any more suggestions are greatly appreciated.
