Help! I lost my UI skin!

So ever since the patch last week my UI skin (ddolite) hasn't been working. Guildies are reporting the same problem. Haven't found anyone in-game to help with it and forums have been down for a while. Any help on how to get it back would be appreciated. Has anyone cracked how to correct this "feature?" My screen is seriously clogged by the default UI.

Its a new feature, enjoy turbines hideous design :P

Hopefully it will be fixed soon, the color of the default skin gives me a headache(not to mention the new awesome 'flash' onscreen whenever I use a skill)
