Pets and ToD

Assume for sake of argument that an Arti brings their dog into ToD. If it died in part 3 would Horoth regenerate? Haven't seen an Arti in ToD yet since they were introduced, was just curious.

(I don't have an Artificer, btw. Just Clerics who hope they don't have yet another thing to worry about ;) )

I don't know, but I doubt it will regen him. I've had undead and summons in there fairly often and they certainly don't trigger it.

Its possible but highly unlikely I think.

Pets are often a liability in raids though because you aren't in control of them, with the dog... not quite as bad but there is some risk still. (so why do I have pets in there?) I'm usually using them to agro orothons in the back of the room on my PM and I've found if you summon them after the orothons start appearing they reliably stay in the back and help keep agro on the orothons while taking some of the hits for you. Having them up with the boss fighters however could end up pulling orothons over there which you usually try to avoid (at least in our raids we try to avoid that)

A better question (and possibly a more pressing concern) is if they have fixed the Ooze bug that banishes you regardless of boots if your Ooze (and I believe any summon/pet) is banished? No idea but it sucks to end up outside the raid because your pet is unable to wear boots :rolleyes:

Does it happen with all pets, or just oozes?
