Hunter of the dead Prestige not working?

My paladin has a the hunter of the dead prestige, yet while the prestige says my attacks should have ghost touch, I'm still seeing incorporeal checks and misses. I was wondering if anyone else has the same probelm?

this can be caused by when you log in and you have died and just got released, during this phase you may not recieve any healing amp or anything so you must relog to gain these echancements back

Well, Ghost Touch is not an automatic hit agains incorporeal. I think that you missed melee attacks. Check your combat chat to see incorporeal probability.

Are the words "Incorporeal" or "Miss" appearing when you don't do damage against a ghost-type?

I hope you get this fixed or Turbine addresses it in a bug update. I had a hunter of the dead paladin that is currently going through a 3 cleric TR's before I go back to hunter of the dead. I like this class and prestige very much.
