on evil enemies holy> good burst, and shock burst> shock, so yeah.

(goes without saying almost everything at that level is evil)

I go with Holy Shocking Burst. It's more damage against the enemies that matter the most (Evil). And, it's especially good with an Artificer because Holy Shocking Burst can get Shock added to it with Elemental Weapons, but Shock Good Burst can't. Against Devil Bosses, Shock is the only useful elemental weapons option.

Ah, good to know. Didn't even consider it might stack, given how ToD Burst rings work...
