Does the Paladin one stack with Green steel amps? Also do they stack with Monk Improved recovery I and II?

Yes, they do, but multiplicatively.
10% on an item and 20% monk healing amp -> 100% (base) x 1,1 (item) x 1,2 (monk) = 132%
Items with different values stack, and so do all enhancements.

Different healing amps from different sources stack, like-amounts from the same source (like an item source) do not stack. An example would be the Tempest 20% from dragontouched does not stack with the Greensteel tier 2, but Greensteel tier 3 (30% would stack just fine with the tempest 20%) and both of which would stack just fine with the Paladin Hunter of the Dead line and the Human Improved Recover Line and the Monk improved recovery line, etc.
Here is a great info source about it, ddowiki. http://ddowiki.com/page/Healing_Amplification
It pretty much sums it up on how different sources stack.

There's also a thread about it somewhere but cant dig it out right now.. however, the multiplicative aspect of it is how you can get some insane numbers.. iirc there are some healing amp focussed builds out there that have an effective healing amp in excess of 350% (!!) For someone using fists of light, thats 4 to 8 HP back every single hit & 7 to 11 if you're using the stonedust wraps with their lesser vampirism effect too - punch your way healthy!
Edit: ninja'ed to the link :)

Glad I stumbled across this op. thank you for making this thread. If I am understanding correctly I have 10,20 and 30% human recovery, 30% epic gloves of the claw and 10% ship thingy so if I calculated it right its 245.388% healing amp total? +1's to evreyone.

Human healing amp only applies the last tier. It upgrades from 10 to 20 to 30, it doesnt add up.

In your scenario, you would have 1.3(human recovery) x 1.3(epic gloves) x 1.1(ship thingy) = ~1.86
So incoming heals would be amplified by 186%.
As a side note, I have a Cleric/Monk using Jidz bracers fire stance, 20% dragontouched, 20% human recovery, 20% monk recovery and a healing auara that has a base of 6hp per pulse currently. With amplification each pulse on me is between 37hp and 41 (I can't recall which at the moment) and when I crit the pulse it heals me for about 104hp. So with more gear, you can easily see how powerful amplification is. Even a little of it helps when self medicating via Heal potions and wands.

Actually, all heal amp effects do not add multiplicatively.
For exemple, Warforged Healers friend adds additively to base heal amp (50% base for WFs, up to 75% with tier 3).
Some other effects as Fleshmaker (10%), Blood (10% ? can't remember), and the ship buff will stack in weird ways.

All right thanks for straightening me out then. Still a fair amount of amp and I am gonna put 20% on my veriks ring when I get 8 more trophies since I put +2 exceptional strength on my cinders band.

the fingerneckelss (litany of the dead - manau end chest) is additive as well.
to get the best our of these remove all possible heal amp item then refit starting with additive bonuses to ensure they're multiplied by your other sources.
high amp (i currently hit 400% but see a path to 500%) is fun and great for soloing but a little over kill passed about 250%...

Let's put actual numbers on it:
Green Steel Amp 20%
Human improved recovery 2 20%
Guild Air ship 10%
Superior Ardor 5 75%
Math 1.20 * 1.20 * 1.10 * 1.75 = 277%
Is this right? I heal CMW on myself for 80 and LOH for 200

Ardor is not a source of Healing Amplification. I'm sure you know this, and it's possible that your math will be right for you, but good practice would be to do:
base * healing amp * enhancements/item boosts * metamagics
So in your case, we would do:
base * (1.2 * 1.2 * 1.1) * (1 + whatever devotion + .75) * (1 + maximize? + empower healing?)
If you have no devotion or metamagics, you will be right. I don't know if metamagics even apply to Lay on Hands, but this is the way to go for CMW for sure.

Yeap.
Finger necklace - equip it first, then equip other heal amp items.

To confirm, does this mean +20% healing amp added to a ToD ring won't stack with 20% healing amp on Dragontouched armour?
