I started a new fighter a few days ago and was wondering, what is a good amount of hp for a fighter going threw the levels. Right now im level 6 pretty basic gear and I'm at 179hp. I know thats pretty good for my level, but whats a good hp for a fighter lets say at levels 10, 15 and 20?

Coming up with a specific number for you at each level is a little tricky. As a fighter taking the Stalwart Defender prestige line will allow you to go into a defensive stance that will inflate your HP's. So a SD fighter would have more HP than a Kensai fighter even though they may have the same gear and stats.
More important than actual numbers for HP is determining if your gear is appropriate for your level as you advance.
If you started off with a constitution score of 14 or higher at character creation, and you have taken at least one toughness feat as you leveled up then you are golden. Taking the toughness feat allows you to use enhancement points to gain additional HP. As a fighter you will be able to get 40 or more HP easily for just a few enhancement points.
For level 5-6 try to get a full abishai set from the Chronoscope raid if possible. The cloak alone gives +3 to your con score.
For levels 7-10 Try to get a +4 con item, there is a nice necklace in the Red Fens pack that has +4 con. Also in this level range if possible get a moderate fortification or heavy fortification item.
For levels 11-16 try to get a greater false life item, or a improved false life item. Also if you still do not have heavy fortification the Necro 4 pack allows you to easily farm a helmet called Minos Legens that is great. It gives +20 HP from toughness and Heavy Fort. Figure at level 11 with a +4 con item, toughness item, and a greater false life item you will have 70 more HP just from those things.
At end game you will want to get a +6 item. The quests in amrath drop belts that have +6 con and GFL on them and are easy to attain.
If you have all the appropriate gear I mentioned here, and a 14 base constitution score then It is not unreasonable to expect that as a fighter you should have over 500 hp at level 20.

Going to assume a basic fighter (a kensai, not a stalwart defender).
level 10:
20 heroic durability
100 fighter levels
40 from a constitution score of 18
10 false life (improved false life is a possibility, but false life is easier to get)
10 constitution +2 item
12 toughness feat
20 fighter toughness
10 racial toughness
=232
level 20:
20 heroic durability
200 fighter levels
80 constitution 18
30 greater false life item
60 from constitution +6 item
22 toughness feat
30 fighter toughness (max from this is 40, but in case you can't fit that last tier in, I won't include it)
20 racial toughness
=462 hp
This should be a starting point (unless you're really good at the game).
with better items:
constitution +7 item
exceptional constitution +2 item
exceptional constitution +1 item
= +10 constitution
net (if upgrading from con +6 item)= 4 more constitution
=40 more hp
Greensteel hp item:
=45 more hp
toughness item:
=20 more hp
Constitution +2 (+4) tome:
=20 (40) more hp
Edit: ok, you have 18 constitution I'll fix the table to show this

alright, ty
I have 18 base con, 4 toughness feats atm, +1 human enhancement con, +2 item atm, and I think 2 or 3 toughness enhancements (leaning more to two?). Im planing on maxing out toughness feats and Im going kensia prE line, so no extra from StD
